Don't miss
A sea cliff 580 metres high, with a glass floor to stand on and nothing underneath it.
Cabo Girão is one of the highest sea cliffs in Europe. The glass platform at the top hangs out over the edge, so you look straight down at the small terraced fields at the foot of the cliff and the open Atlantic beyond.
A tipGo early or near sunset. In the middle of the day the tour coaches all arrive at once.
