What this site collects
This site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. You can read every page without telling us who you are.
Like any website, the hosting service keeps technical logs for a short time (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own: the language is part of the page address, and there are no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you do not see a cookie banner. If this changes, this page will say so and we will ask for your consent first.
When you write to us
Bookings are made on WhatsApp. When you message us we receive your phone number, your name as it appears there, and whatever you send: your idea, reference images, dates. We use this only to answer you, plan your session and keep the record of your booking.
WhatsApp is a service of Meta, which processes those messages under its own privacy policy.
In the studio
Before a tattoo you fill in a consent form with your identification and relevant health information. We keep it for as long as the law requires and share it with no one, except the authorities if the law obliges us.
Photographs
We photograph or film a tattoo, and publish it here or on our social channels, only if you agree. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove the image from our own pages.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Send us a message and we will answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
